Dr. Patricia Ephlin is excited to support the Charles Butt Foundation leaders in Region 13. She is a principal in Round Rock ISD and has served in public education for the past 25 years as a teacher, assistant principal and principal in both elementary and secondary schools. Patricia has been a Raise Your Hand Texas Alum since 2018, where she attended the Harvard Graduate School of Education Institute: The Art of Leadership. Additionally, her campus was selected as a Raise Your Hand Texas Blended Learning pilot site.
Patricia received a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University, master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas State University and Doctorate of Education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Patricia calls El Paso home but has lived in Central Texas for the past 27 years. She and her husband James are learning how to be “empty nesters”. Their daughter Samantha is a Registered Nurse in Austin, and their daughter Paige attends Texas State University.
