Todd Bloomer currently serves as the Principal of Winston Churchill High School in North East ISD in San Antonio, Texas. He has just completed his 25th year in education and 14th in administration.
Todd proudly lives in the community he serves, and his five children have all attended and will graduate from Churchill High School. Todd and his wife Sharon enjoy family time together and finding new places to eat in San Antonio!
